Paying Your Dues

Paying your monthly association dues has never been so easy. The Portal gives you 4 options to pay via the internet. Once logged in, select "Make a Payment" and choose an option.
  • Auto-Draft
    • Free of charge! Your regularly scheduled Assessments will be automatically drafted on the 5th of each month. The draft amount will automatically change according to the yearly assessment owed, so you won't have to make any changes if the balance increases or decreases. Your account must be paid in full in order to enroll.
  • One-Time eCheck
    • The one-time eCheck is free of charge and will be reflected on your account ledger the same business day. You can make a payment of any amount, regardless of your balance due.
  • Recurring eCheck
    • You can set up a recurring payment on a monthly or quarterly basis and you control the date your payment is made. Recurring eChecks can be edited or deleted online at any time and there are no processing or setup fees. It is very important to note that by using the recurring payment method, the assessment amount will not automatically update according to the yearly assessment owed so if the assessment amount changes, you will need to update it yourself.
  • Credit Card
    • You will be directed to a third party website to make a payment with a credit card which also includes a processing fee.

Coupon books will still be sent out to those that wish to pay via check. However, if you no longer wish to receive a coupon book, please update your communication preferences on the Portal. Go to "My Contact Info" and change your Billing Communication Preferences to EMAIL. In 2020, the Association spent almost $800 on coupon books where a majority of them were tossed out. Please help us save money and save a tree!
